Having inherited my great-grandfather’s cellar book, I began recreating The Tweeddale Blend, using his original recipe of eight single malts and one single grain, based on 50% malt and 50% grain. The Tweeddale was reborn and my first batch of The Tweeddale went on sale in May 2010. The current range consists of small batch, blended and grain whiskies thoughtfully crafted for sharing and merriment.
